Training - commercial photography.

Our commercial & advertising photographer has a lifetime of experience and produces stunning images for household name brands. You will be learning from someone who has a wealth of experience. We design every commercial photography course to match the needs of the individual or business taking part in the training sessions. The exact content and depth of teaching will vary depending upon your personal learning needs, knowledge and experience.

You will be training in a studio that is used day in day out for commercial photography; our equipment is entirely suited to teaching and training individuals the skills needed to produce successful commercial photographs.

Our studio lighting facilities.
We have a wide range of flash equipment including 3x100-Joule flasheads, 2x400-Joule flasheads, 1x800-Joule flashheads, a 1200-Joule flashhead, a 2400-Joule Generator flash and a 4800-Joule Generator flash. As well as the usual softboxes and brollies, we have wide-angle, standard and high-intensity reflectors, 3 different types of honeycombs, a snoot and 2 focussing spotlights. Our wide range of specialised equipment is essential for us because our studio handles a wide spectrum of commercial work ranging from food to fashion, but only very basic equipment is needed for Fashion, Glamour & Model photography. By attending one of our Studio Courses you will be able to save far more than the cost of the Course, because you will know exactly which items of equipment you need to buy and, equally importantly, which items to avoid.

Location.
This course can take place either on your premisis or ours, as you prefer. There may be extra costs involved in providing training at your own premises, depending on the distance from our studio. We make a modest charge of just 50p per mile for travel to your location and the travel time involved can form part of the training day or, where greater distances are involved, can be charged separately. Details of our studio location arehere.

Cameras.
Our digital camera produces high quality images which can be seen immediately on computer, and which you can take home with you on disk. We have everything we need for our high-end commercial work, but we fully appreciate that you are unlikely to have similar facilities and our courses are ideal for people who have a minimum of equipment and who don't want to waste money buying items that they can manage without. One spin-off from attending our Courses is that people who have been here are far less likely to waste money buying unsuitable equipment in the future.

What will you need to bring with you?
Most people bring along a camera, but this is optional because you're welcome to use our equipment. Although we provide detailed Course Notes it's a good idea to bring a notebook and a pen.

How long does the Workshop last?
1 day, 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.

When will the next Course be held?
Your Course can be arranged for any time convenient to you, subject to our work diary.

How much will it cost?.
£470.
